Curated by the Portuguese Order of Architects, Habitar Portugal aimed to look at the Portuguese architectural production for the triennium 2012-2014. The proposed theme – Is architecture under rescue? – established from the outset the moment in which the country lived, on the wake of the financial crisis of 2007-08, and its repercussions on the current architectural production.
Habitar Portugal is a selection of Contemporary Portuguese Architecture Works, spanning various programs, places and scales, considered by its commissioners as exemplary regarding their urban and historical context. It became the fifth edition of the initiative, accumulating a collection of approximately 400 works over 15 years of existence.

Com curadoria da Ordem dos Arquitectos portuguesa, a Habitar Portugal pretende olhar para a produção arquitectónica portuguesa para o triénio de 2012-2014. O tema proposto – Está a arquitectura sobre resgate? –, estabelece-se a partir do contexto vivido pelo país na sequência da crise financeira de 2007-2008 e as suas repercussões na actual produção arquitectónica.
Habitar Portugal é uma selecção de Obras da Arquitectura Contemporânea Portuguesa, abrangendo vários programas, lugares e escalas, consideradas pelo Comissariado como exemplares dado o seu contexto urbano e histórico. Tornou-se a quinta edição desta iniciativa, acumulando uma colecção de aproximadamente 400 obras ao longo dos seus 15 anos de existência.
